Job summary

Victoria’s Secret in Kentucky is seeking a PINK Manager to lead store customer and brand experiences and to drive topline sales. This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager and provides direction, coaching, and prioritization to Brand Supervisors for consistent execution.

The PINK Manager will own visual execution, storytelling, and category insights while mentoring PINK Supervisors and Selling Associates to maintain high standards and a compelling customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Visual execution: translate brand direction into priorities and daily actions
• Product storytelling and selling behaviors reflecting brand guidance
• Own category performance insights using company tools and reports
• Manage sales floor and fitting room standards where applicable
• Oversee talent lifecycle including interviewing and performance management with Store Manager
• Direct reports such as PINK Supervisors and Selling Associates
• Lead business direction in higher volume or more complex stores
