Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree preferred.
• 2+ years related experience in customer service or sales.
• Notary License (preferred).
• Proven ability to meet/exceed customer expectations.
• Strong organization and multi-tasking skills.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel.

Responsabilités

• Provide supervisory oversight to a team to achieve store objectives and exceptional customer service.
• Lead day-to-day operations across teller and platform activities with risk and policy compliance in mind.
• Coach and develop colleagues to deliver effective service and advice while maintaining regulatory guidelines.
• Manage customer relationships, drive sales opportunities, and handle escalations as needed.
