Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients (volunteering, education, military experience allowed).
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to complete required job-related training upon hire.
• Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication with concise, clear, and consistent delivery.
• Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to schedule and prioritize work.
• Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients as the hospitality ambassador and guide traffic flow.
• Perform accurate, efficient everyday banking transactions and deepen client relationships.
• Educate clients on products and self-serve solutions with recommended options.
• Identify and escalate non-standard issues and refer clients to suitable partners.
• Maintain knowledge of basic banking products to propose suitable solutions.
• Handle a broad range of client transactions within defined limits.
