Job summary

TD in Aiken, SC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily service, sales and operations with a focus on building strong customer relationships. You will guide a team to deliver TD’s model of convenience, advice and a personalized experience on the teller line and platform.

You’ll drive coaching, ensure compliance, manage priorities, and work to grow the store’s performance while delivering legendary customer service and leveraging product knowledge to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience working with customers and/or sales in any capacity or equivalent.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to provide Legendary Customer Service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Sales and Operational Management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
• Notary License (Preferred).
• Must maintain an active registration status with NMLS upon hire to discuss loan products.

Responsibilities

• Creates an environment where the team Interacts with Customers in a warm and engaging manner.
• Contributes to the achievement of business objectives by proactively attracting, acquiring and retaining Customers and referrals.
• Establishes and supports strong partnership between colleagues handling day-to-day transactions and platform bankers/partners for referrals.
• Leads and reinforces Customer service activities; supports customers through challenging times with financial expertise.
• Provides guidance and coaching to achieve daily/quarterly/annual objectives and compliance requirements.
• Drives advisory behaviors and product knowledge to meet customer needs with confidence.
• Leads, reinforces and embeds TD’s commitments and performance goals.
• Manages scheduling to balance customer demand with regulatory requirements.
