TD Bank in Charleston, South Carolina, is seeking a Supervisory Teller/Team Lead to oversee daily operations, ensure compliance, and drive sales and service excellence. You will coach staff, manage risk, and support a high-performing store environment.

The role requires active NMLS registration for loan conversations, cash handling, vault control, and customer relationship duties. 40 hours weekly with a pay range of $24.00–$33.50 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Formación

• Supervisory or managerial experience in a bank/financial services environment.
• Ability to lead a teller team and platform operations.
• Familiarity with banking policies and risk management.
• Knowledge of NMLS requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide supervisory oversight to advisory and service colleagues to achieve store objectives.
• Lead day-to-day team tasks ensuring compliant, efficient delivery of service and advice.
• Monitor teller and platform workflows, delegate duties and responsibilities.
• Drive operational excellence in cash handling, vault management, and fraud prevention.
• Engage with customers about loan products and maintain active NMLS status.
• Coach team on delivering effective customer service and product advice.
• Utilize customer relationship tools to promote banking products and campaigns.
