What does a Store Associate do?

• Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Assist customers with purchases and finding items.
• Handle cashiering and customer service tasks.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and consumables.
• Participate in inventory management and store cleanliness.
• Follow company policies and safety standards.
• Assist with store closing procedures and food preparation where applicable.

Work Environment:

• Primarily in retail store settings, around fuel pumps and outdoor grounds.
• Work may be in hot or cold conditions.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand for long periods.
• Move freely inside and outside the store.
• Climb stairs/ladders, kneel, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs.
