What does it look like to be a Store Associate?

• Create a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
• Assist customers with purchases and locating items.
• Perform cashiering and customer service duties.
• Stock coolers, shelves, and consumables to keep our customers happy.
• Support inventory management, including stocking and product checks.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including bathrooms and outside grounds.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Close registers, balance cash, and report discrepancies.
• Ensure hot food items are prepared and served according to standards.
• Assist with fuel spill clean-up as needed.
• Adhere to safety standards and report issues.

What’s the store environment like?

• Primarily working inside retail stores.
• Frequent exposure to fuel, fuel pumps, vehicles, and outdoor grounds.
• Work may occur in hot or cold environments.

Physical Demands

• Stand for long periods.
• Move freely around the store, inside and outside.
• Climb stairs/ladders, kneel, bend, and stoop.
• Push or pull equipment and items.
• Lift up to 25 lbs.
