What does it look like to be a Store Associate?

• Create a great atmosphere for our friends.
• Assist customers with purchases and finding items.
• Complete cashier and customer service activities.
• Stock coolers, shelves, and consumable items.
• Assist in inventory management, stocking, and product checks.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including bathrooms and outside grounds.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Close and balance registers, report variances.
• Ensure hot food items are prepared and delivered properly.
• Assist in fuel spill clean-up when needed.
• Follow safety standards and report issues.

What’s the store environment like?

• Primarily working inside a retail store.
• Frequent proximity to fuel pumps, moving vehicles, and outdoor grounds.
• Work in hot or cold environments.

Physical Demands

• Stand for extended periods.
• Move freely inside and outside.
• Climb stairs/ladders, kneel, bend, stoop.
• Push or pull equipment and items.
• Lift up to 25 lbs.
