What does it look like to be a Store Associate? You'll:

• Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Assist customers with purchases and finding items.
• Perform cashier and customer service duties.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and consumables to keep the store inviting.
• Help with inventory management, including stocking and checks.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including bathrooms and outside grounds.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Close and balance registers, reporting discrepancies.
• Ensure hot food items are prepared and served according to standards.
• Assist with fuel spill clean-up when necessary.
• Adhere to safety standards and report issues.

What’s the store environment like?

• You will spend most of your time in a retail store setting.
• Work around fuel pumps, vehicles, parking lots, and outside grounds.
• Environment can be hot or cold.

Physical Demands:

• Stand for extended periods.
• Move freely inside and outside the store.
• Climb stairs and ladders, kneel, bend, and stoop.
• Push or pull equipment and items.
• Lift up to 25 lbs.
