What does it look like to be a Store Associate?

• Create a great atmosphere for our friends.
• Assist customers with purchases and finding items.
• Complete cashier and other customer service activities.
• Stock coolers, shelves, and consumables.
• Assist in inventory management, including stocking, counts, and checks.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including bathrooms and outside grounds.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Close and balance registers, reporting variances to the manager.
• Ensure hot food items are prepared and delivered per standards.
• Assist in fuel spill clean-up as needed.
• Follow safety standards and report issues.

What’s the store environment?

• Primarily in a retail store setting.
• Work around fuel pumps, vehicles, parking lots, and outdoor grounds.
• May work in hot or cold environments.

Physical Demands

• Stand for extended periods.
• Move freely inside and outside.
• Climb stairs/ladders, kneel, bend, stoop.
• Push or pull equipment and items.
• Lift up to 25 lbs.
