Responsibilities of a Store Associate include:

• Creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Handling cashier duties and customer service.
• Stocking shelves, coolers, and consumables.
• Managing inventory, including stocking and product checks.
• Maintaining store cleanliness and appearance.
• Following company policies and procedures.
• Closing registers and reporting discrepancies.
• Preparing and delivering hot food items as per standards.
• Assisting with fuel spill cleanup when necessary.
• Following safety standards and reporting issues.

Work Environment:

• Primarily in a retail store setting.
• Occasional work around fuel pumps, vehicles, and outdoor grounds.
• Possible exposure to hot or cold environments.

Physical Requirements:

• Standing for long periods.
• Moving freely inside and outside the store.
• Climbing stairs/ladders, kneeling, bending.
• Lifting up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications:
