ALDI USA is seeking a store associate to support merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and cleaning to maintain an attractive store for customers. You will collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service and ensure smooth daily operations in a full-time role averaging 30+ hours per week.

The starting wage is $19.00 per hour with planned increases in years 2–5, reflecting performance and tenure. This position emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate store equipment such as cash registers and other devices.
• Interpret and apply operating policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively in writing and speaking.
• Perform basic arithmetic.
• Follow instructions and be detail-oriented.

Responsabilités

• Models and fulfills customer service principles and escalates concerns as needed.
• Inform management of loss due to outdated or damaged products.
• Use POS system to process purchases and report scanning issues.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Open additional check lanes to ensure efficient checkouts.
• Stock shelves and displays following planograms to maximize sales.
• Complete curbside pickup orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain merchandising standards and zone cleanliness.
• Assist management in achieving operational efficiency and loss goals.
• Identify and rectify hazards to maintain a safe work environment.
• Follow inventory procedures and product handling guidelines.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to company standards.
