Starting wage is $19 per hour with scheduled increases over five years. This full-time role averages 30+ hours weekly and requires the ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate store equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate POS system and cash registers.
• Ability to follow store policies and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 18 years or older to apply.

Responsibilities

• Model and follow customer service principles and escalate concerns to management when needed.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays according to planograms.
• Process customer purchases accurately using the POS system.
• Open additional check lanes to ensure efficient checkout.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the store environment.
