Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, prompt customer service and assist customers.
• Operate POS system accurately and process purchases.
• Stock shelves and merchandise according to planograms.
• Complete curbside pickup orders accurately and timely.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.
• Follow cash policies and loss prevention guidelines.
• Assist management in achieving efficiency goals.
• Open additional check lanes as needed for efficiency.
• Adhere to ALDI policies and procedures.
