Job summary

ALDI USA in Cincinnati is hiring a Store Associate to support merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and cleaning to keep the store looking its best. You’ll help enhance the customer shopping experience by working with the ALDI team and delivering exceptional service.

This full-time role averages 30+ hours per week with a starting wage of $20.00 per hour and progressive increases in Years 2–5. Eligibility for benefits and opportunities for growth are included, with stable schedules.

Qualifications

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Interpret and apply ALDI operating policies.
• Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist management as needed.
• Inform management of loss due to damaged/outdated products.
• Operate POS to scan and process purchases.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Open additional check lanes as required.
• Stock shelves and merchandising per planograms.
• Process curbside pickup orders accurately.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards.
• Assist management in achieving efficiency and loss goals.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain proper equipment and report hazards.
• Adhere to inventory procedures.
• Perform general cleaning per standards.
