Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a store associate to merchandise, stock, cashier, and clean to keep the store looking its best. You’ll work with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and an enjoyable shopping experience.

This full-time role averages 30+ hours weekly, starting at $18.00 per hour with scheduled increases over five years. You will perform duties with or without accommodation, operate the POS system, uphold cash policies, stock shelves, complete curbside orders, and support

Qualifications

• Prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate store equipment such as cash registers and POS system.
• Follow ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Perform basic arithmetic and maintain attention to detail.
• Work independently or with others and meet deadlines.
• Maintain attendance and availability as required.
