ALDI USA is hiring a store associate to merchandise, stock, cashier, and clean the store to keep it looking its best. The position is full-time with an average of 30+ hours per week and starts at $20.00 per hour, with wage increases in years 2–5.

You will interact with customers, operate the POS system, stock shelves, and support management to achieve efficiency and loss prevention goals. Benefits are offered for full-time employees.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver excellent customer service and assist store management as needed.
• Operate the POS to scan purchases and address scanning concerns or errors.
• Stock shelves per merchandising planograms to maximize sales.
• Open additional checkout lanes as required to ensure efficient checkout.
• Maintain zone and merchandising standards at all times.
