Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a Store Associate to merchandise, stock, cashier, and keep the store clean while delivering outstanding customer service. Expect a full-time schedule averaging 30+ hours weekly and starting wage of $20.50 per hour with annual wage increases through Year 5.

Responsibilities include operating the POS system, handling cash, restocking shelves, and assisting management in loss prevention and efficiency goals. Eligible full-time benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate all store equipment such as cash registers, floor scrubber, etc.
• Ability to interpret ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products according to merchandising plans to maximize sales.
• Perform cashiering duties using the POS system with accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist customers to enhance the shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety by following company policies and procedures.
• Open additional check lanes as needed to ensure efficient checkout.
