Qualifications

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate store equipment including cash registers, floor scrubber and baler.
• Follow ALDI policies and procedures and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Models and fulfills customer service principles and escalates concerns to management.
• Informs management of loss due to outdated or damaged products.
• Process customer purchases accurately using the POS system and report scanning issues.
• Adheres to cash policies and procedures and maintains checkout efficiency.
• Stock shelves neatly and follow merchandising planograms to maximize sales.
• Complete curbside pickup orders accurately and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the store and support loss prevention goals.
