Job summary

You will develop others, manage deliveries and inventory, and collaborate with store leaders to optimize performance, guest experiences, and a positive culture that builds loyalty.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Leadership experience and a dedication to customer experience excellence.
• Ability to apply analytics, experience, and judgement to business decisions.
• Mentor and coach others through effective communication and side-by-side coaching.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication across teams and with customers.
• Comfortable with technology, including smartphones, tablets, and Windows-based systems.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must regularly move around all store areas and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to drive store sales, profitability, and key metric goals.
• Own operational excellence, including inbound/outbound deliveries and inventory control.
• Coach associates to deliver exceptional customer service and product recommendations.
• Oversee back-of-house and front-of-house tasks, including pricing, floor sets, and audits.
• Plan labor and workloads using company tools to meet forecasted receipts and traffic needs.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and memorable shopping experiences.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development to maintain a ready-now bench.
• Ensure asset protection, safety, and store standards are followed.
