Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Leadership experience.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must regularly move around all store areas and be able to lift at least 40 lbs.
• Commitment to customer experience excellence.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership and drive key metrics.
• Inspire and motivate team to deliver positive customer experiences.
• Develop and implement strategies for promotional and grassroot events.
• Collaborate with store operations to support floor sets and pricing.
• Lead weekly leadership workload planning and ensure event readiness.
• Partner with store HR for staffing and scheduling.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver service and selling excellence.
• Set clear team priorities and expectations.
• Review performance and conduct coaching conversations.
• Drive team retention and engagement through recognition and celebration.
• Foster a positive store culture and value every team member.
