Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in retail or convenience store management with at least 1 year in supervision.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Valid and current state driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations.
• Lead and coach staff; manage scheduling and performance feedback.
• Help manage inventory, stock, quality control, and waste reduction.
• Support sales goals, cash handling, and store profitability.
