Job summary

CrossAmerica Partners LP is seeking a Store Assistant Manager to support daily operations, drive customer service excellence, and lead store staff. You will help manage inventory, inventory controls, and store profitability while maintaining compliance with policies.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. This is a full-time, on-site position in the retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in retail or convenience store management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Valid and current State Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Assist Store Manager with staff recruitment, training, and scheduling.
• Manage inventory, process stock orders, and maintain store profitability.
• Uphold health, safety, and store policies; monitor cash handling and reporting.
