A 3+ week leadership training program will prepare you for success. The role requires flexible availability for opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays. Must be able to move within 50 miles and hold a Serve Safe certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring and directing of associates.
• Work to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
