A 3+ week leadership training program will prepare you for success. You must complete a high school diploma and be willing to relocate within 50 miles. Flexibility to work openings, closings, weekends and holidays is required, with Serve Safe certified food safety, and a commitment

Qualifications

• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store and support hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide leadership training and mentorship as part of the 3+ weeks store leadership training program.
