Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a single Panda Express store. You will hire, coach, and direct teammates to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

A three-week or longer store leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success. This role requires a high school diploma, flexibility to work opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays, and Serve Safe food safety certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Available to work opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ weeks of store leadership training program to prepare for success.
