Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring and directing associates to achieve goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The position offers a 3+ week leadership training program and opportunities for career growth within the Panda family. Candidates must be able to relocate within 50 miles and work a flexible schedule, including openings, closings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store and direct/ oversee associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Hire, train and supervise store staff to ensure service quality and efficiency.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and maintain store standards.
• Participate in a multi-week leadership training program to prepare for success.
