Old Navy seeks an Assistant Manager in Connecticut to lead store operations and drive profitable sales. You will coach and empower a Brand Associate and Expert team, execute store strategies with your GM/AGM, and ensure high standards of customer service and operational excellence.

You’ll manage assigned areas, promote omni-channel experiences, and mentor staff to deliver a best-in-class shopping environment while upholding brand standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Willing to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and deliver results with a customer-centric mindset.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associates and Experts.
• Own assigned area of responsibility.
• Implement action plans to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Perform Service Leader duties.
• Ensure consistent SOP execution.
• Represent the brand and understand the retail landscape.

• Leverage omni-channel to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
