You will drive financial goals, hire and coach associates, share product knowledge, and maintain an inspiring store environment while ensuring smooth operations, inventory, and an omni-channel approach.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
