KnitWell Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for White House Black Market in The Shops at Nanuet, NY. You will support the Store Manager in leading a team to deliver a welcoming, customer-focused experience and drive store performance.

Responsibilities include coaching colleagues, managing daily operations, driving omni-channel sales, and building community partnerships while upholding brand standards and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.

Responsibilities
