Qualifications

• Must demonstrate passion for the brand and fashion.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 3 years retail management experience preferred.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Ability to build strong customer and peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a store team to deliver a customer-centered experience.
• Take ownership to achieve store financial goals and motivate the team.
• Assist in hiring, development, and coaching of associates.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and share product knowledge.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment reflecting brand standards.
• Ensure safe and efficient store operations including inventory and replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with store policies, guidelines, and procedures.
• Build community connections through in-store events and philanthropy.
