RPM Pizza is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, deliver excellent customer service, and support store goals. You will supervise Team Members on shift and collaborate with the General Manager to uphold brand standards.

You will complete RPM Pizza College training, participate in scheduling, inventory, and marketing initiatives, and work a schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. This role offers opportunities for leadership growth and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older; 21+ to drive where required.
• Successful completion of RPM training, including Pizza College courses.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing, team-oriented attitude.
• Food safety certification as required by local regulations.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Uphold brand standards and lead shifts in a high-volume environment.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members.
• Assist with scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Ensure store safety, food safety, and sanitation.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with ownership.
• Operate ovens and kitchen equipment.
• Support inventory, ordering, and marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to meet store goals.
• Work a schedule based on business needs, nights, weekends, and holidays.
