RPM Pizza is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts and support the General Manager in daily store operations. You will deliver exceptional customer service, uphold brand standards, and coordinate training and development for Team Members.

The role requires managing scheduling, labor, and safety protocols, with a focus on creating a positive, engaging environment. Candidates should be at least 18 and willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old; 21+ to drive.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsabilités

• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals.
• Work a schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
