Job summary

RPM Pizza is seeking an Assistant Manager (02542) to lead shifts and deliver exceptional customer service while supporting store goals. This part-time role requires completing RPM training, maintaining brand standards, and ensuring safety and sanitation.

You will collaborate with the General Manager, supervise Team Members, and work a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong communication and a positive, team-focused attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older, 21 to drive.
• Successful completion of required RPM training (e.g., Freshman class).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino's brand standards.
• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Operate all store equipment, including ovens and food preparation tools.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Maintain a positive, fun, and engaging environment for Customers and Team Members.
• Support inventory, ordering, and organizational processes.
• Implement marketing and operational initiatives.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals.
• Work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
