RPM Pizza is seeking an Assistant Manager (part-time) to lead shifts, deliver excellent customer service, and support store goals while upholding brand standards. You will train team members, assist with scheduling and labor management, and ensure safety and sanitation across all store operations.

The role requires completing RPM training, strong communication, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years of age or older, 21 to drive.
• Successful RPM training completion (e.g., Freshman class).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation.
• Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.
