Job summary

RPM Pizza is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, uphold brand standards, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced store environment. You will support the General Manager, coach Team Members, and ensure safety and quality in daily operations.

The role requires completing RPM training, including Pizza College courses, and working a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays. RPM emphasizes development and community involvement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older, 21 to drive.
• Successful completion of required RPM training.
• Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety and sanitation standards.
• Operate all store equipment, including ovens and food preparation tools.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals.
