You will collaborate with the General Manager to coach Leads and Brand Associates, ensure execution of the store strategy, and deliver a best-in-class experience while maintaining brand standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lead, coach and mentor team members
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and profitability through customer-centric operations
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associates and Experts
• Own your area of responsibility and implement action plans
• Perform Service Leader duties and ensure SOP compliance
• Represent the brand and understand the retail landscape
• Leverage omni-channel to deliver a frictionless customer experience
