Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to blend sales leadership, operations, and people development. You will analyze performance, coach staff, and ensure top-tier customer service while keeping store visuals fresh and aligned with brand standards.

In this role, you’ll oversee opening/closing, staffing, scheduling, payroll, and training, with a path to future leadership within the store organization. A strong customer focus and fashion knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
