Your role includes opening/closing duties, supervising staff, scheduling, payroll, coaching, and maintaining visual merchandising to support store performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1 year supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and fashion trend awareness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Open and close routines for the store.
• Supervise sales floor and stockroom, ensure service & operations.
• Staffing, scheduling, and payroll preparation.
• Train and develop non-management staff.

• Maintain visual displays and brand standards.
• Analyze reports to inform decisions.
• Protect assets and manage inventory.
