Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to blend business strategy, operations, creativity, and people leadership in a fast-paced fashion environment.

You will drive sales through analysis, coaching, and exceptional customer service, while overseeing opening/closing routines and store processes. You’ll recruit, train, engage, and develop team members, mentor non-management staff, and maintain brand standards with visual merchandising and product knowledge.

• Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
