Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to blend business strategy, operations, creativity and people leadership in our store. You’ll drive sales, supervise daily routines, and ensure outstanding customer service while modeling brand standards.

You’ll open and close the store, manage staffing and payroll, train non-management staff, and develop visual displays. With a promote-from-within culture, you’ll grow into future store leaders while upholding the company’s values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
