You will drive sales by analyzing the business and delivering best-in-class customer service while managing openings, closings, staffing, and payroll processes. You will leverage your fashion knowledge, train non-management staff, coach teams, and maintain visual displays, all while upholding brand values and delivering exceptional store

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
