Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive sales through strategic analysis of the business and top-tier customer service. You will oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing routines, and lead floorset updates, styling guidance, and product knowledge.

You will also lead recruiting, training, engagement, and development efforts, while fostering an inclusive culture and promoting from within to build future leaders of our store organization.
