Key duties include supervising staff, delivering customer service, stocking merchandise, handling the cash register, and upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Ability to multi-task in a retail/convenience store setting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities of employees to improve sales performance.
• Assist in training and motivating store personnel.
• Provide appropriate customer service and greet customers.
• Suggest merchandise purchases and operate the cash register accurately.
• Stock and rotate merchandise, including shelves and backrooms.
• Maintain store cleanliness and comply with health regulations.
• Enforce security and safety policies; handle daily transactions.
• Work at least two nights per week and three weekends per month.
