Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to share store operations with the Store Manager. You will assist in training, ensure policy compliance, and help manage staff to boost sales while maintaining daily cash and inventory controls.

The role requires two weeknights and three weekends per month, and involves customer service, stocking, and adherence to health and safety standards in a convenience store setting.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Dependable transportation required.

• Prior convenience store experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities of employees to improve sales performance.
• Assist in training and motivation of staff.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Greet customers with a smile and hello.
• Suggest merchandise purchases.
• Operate the cash register with accuracy.
• Stock, price, and front merchandise across store areas.
• Maintain product storage and rotation to prevent spoilage.
• Follow health department rules and store policies.
• Enforce security and safety procedures.
• Account for all shift transactions.
• Present a neat, professional appearance and wear the dress code.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store or District Manager.
• Two nights per week and three weekends per month required.
