Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to share responsibility for store operations alongside the Store Manager and District Manager. You will assist with training, policy compliance, and ensuring accurate paperwork and training compliance for associates.

You will manage daily activities to boost sales, train staff, greet customers, and promote merchandise while ensuring proper cash handling, stock, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Dependable transportation without third-party reliance.
• Working phone number for contact.
• Ability to multi-task in a retail environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Retail/convenience store setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities to improve sales performance.
• Assist in training and motivating store personnel.
• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers.
• Suggest merchandise to customers.
• Operate cash register and related equipment accurately.
• Stock and face merchandise; manage shelves and backrooms.
• Maintain store housekeeping and compliance with health and safety rules.
• Handle cash transactions and report discrepancies.
• Uphold dress code and present a neat appearance.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
• Work at least two nights per week and three weekends per month.
