Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is hiring an Assistant Manager to drive sales growth through rental agreements and by seeking new customers. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality, compassionate customer service in-store and in customers' homes, with a focus on safe loading, unloading, and product installation.

You will also be responsible for merchandising, maintaining an inviting store, and ensuring cleanliness and order while collaborating with team members to meet ongoing business needs.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Sales growth through completed rental agreements and prospecting new business and customers.
• Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences with a servant's heart in stores and in customers' homes.
• Deliveries and pickups; loading/unloading and installation of products following safety procedures.
• Merchandising: maintain an inviting store with organized products and cleanliness.
