Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to jointly oversee the Bradford County convenience store operations. You will coordinate with the Store Manager, District Manager, and Retail Training Department to ensure policy compliance, complete required paperwork, and supervise training across associates.

You will lead daily store activities to boost sales, train staff, deliver excellent customer service, manage cash and inventories, and uphold health and safety

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Dependable transportation not relying on third parties.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain organization.
• Strong communication skills in a retail environment.
• Experience in a typical retail convenience store setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities of employees to improve sales performance.
• Assist in training and motivation of all store personnel.
• Offer appropriate customer service.
• Greet customers with a smile and hello.
• Suggest merchandise purchases to customers.
• Learn and operate the cash register and related equipment.
• Stock merchandise and manage shelving, backroom storage, and displays.
• Maintain store cleanliness and comply with Health Department rules.
