Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to share store operations with the Store Manager. You will help train staff, ensure policy compliance, and supervise daily sales activities in a convenient store setting.

You will lead customer service efforts, merchandise stocking, cash handling, and maintain store standards, with at least two weeknights and three weekends per month as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities of employees to improve sales performance.
• Assist in training and motivation of all store personnel.
• Offer appropriate customer service.
• Greet all customers with a smile and hello.
• Suggest merchandise purchases to all customers.
• Learn and operate the cash register with accuracy.
• Price, stock, and face merchandise; stock shelves and backroom storage areas.
• Maintain store in accordance with health and safety policies.
• Follow and enforce security and safety policies and procedures.
• Account for all shift and daily transactions.
• Present a neat and clean appearance and dress code.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store/ District Manager.
