Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to share responsibility for daily store operations alongside the Store Manager. You will train staff, support sales initiatives, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining standard procedures.

You will manage cash, inventory, merchandising, and compliance with health and safety rules, including the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work two weeknights and three weekends. High School diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Dependable transportation not reliant on a third party.
• Working phone number for store communications.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a retail convenience store setting is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities of staff to improve sales performance.
• Assist in training and motivating all store personnel.
• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers.
• Suggest merchandise purchases to customers.
• Learn and operate the cash register and related equipment accurately.
• Stock, price, and face merchandise; manage backroom storage.
• Maintain store cleanliness and compliance with health and safety rules.
• Ensure security policies are followed and cash/transactions are accurate.
• Be available for at least two weeknights and three weekends per month.
